Don't miss the new issue of Billboard magazine (Issue Date: December 19) for a huge celebration of the Queen of Pop in their special Year in music/Decade-end Collector's Issue, now in the news stands.
In their previous issue Billboard made a call to congratulate Madonna on the success of her Sticky & Sweet Tour and honour the top Solo Touring Artist in the Billboard Boxscore chart history.
