   It looks to me like this is a recent picture where they just styled her to look like her 80s self!
   
   Anyone know if this is true?

   This was taken for, or during, the True Blue era. It's probably by the now, sadly departed, Herb Ritts, who also shot the True Blue album cover; one of Madonna's most iconic images ever, in my opinion.
