We're now just 3 days away from the opening night of Madonna's 2009 Sticky & Sweet Tour! The Material Girl and her whole band are busy rehearsing for the show, which will be played 29 times in 25 different cities all over Europe from July 4th to August 2nd. The 2009 leg of the tour is to feature some changes, including a couple of songs that were not performed last year, so get ready for what promises to be another amazing experience! If you're still looking for tickets, please visit the Tours page now.
While we all can't wait for the tour to begin, we are happy to share 2 photos taken during the rehearsals in New York City. Enjoy and see you at the show!

I think that her OFFICIAL site made a mistake. The tour ends on September 2nd in Israel lol

Why is "Jocke from Stockholm" constantly putting our M down? There is always something negative being said by someone on her....so annoying already. Madonna always does her best-sometimes it's amazing, sometimes it's not. Bottome line-she does what she wants as an artist, not what every single person wants.

I loved the tour. Don't see why so many people hate it.

  6. Anonymous Said,

Hey! does anybody know the rumours that the greatest hits album will be out this month?

  7. Anonymous Said,

I do really love her! BUT, when she "murder" Hung Up like she did last year it´s really hard to be quit about it. I think The Confessions tour was more one show, not so many diffrent themes that didn´t work so great together. Id really looking forward to this years show! I think it will be GREAT!!!

Jocke....Don't all of her shows have themes throughout? I think the Sticky & Sweet tour is GREAT! So much fun! It's the most like the GIRLIE SHOW!! Think about it. And people back then initialy didn't like the GS but now love it. Same will happen with this tour. The horrible recording of the Confessions Tour ruined that tour for me. :(

Well, I don´t like The Girlie Show... Maybe it´s the "hip hop" versions of her songs in Sticky and Sweet I dont like. Madonna is not street and she never will be. I wan´t the discoqueen back!

ahaha, face it - disco queen is never coming back again! She's all in electropop mood right now, so I wouldn't be surprised if she did it in the next studio album.
And it seems that Madonna loves S&S more than her other tours, as she decided to do another leg. Way to go! Best tour ever!

what kind of Madonna fan doesn't know that she'll move on, and that no era will return. So if you want Madonna the Disco Queen, forget about it. She's been there, done that, not doing it again.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride with Madonna.

I would love Madonna in electropop, no more hiphop/street/rock please! We want to dance...
