Why is everyone obsessed with whether or not pictures are touched up!?
Here's a little tidbit, almost any fashion photo you see in or on a magazine goes through the retoucher. Regardless of age btw.....since that seems to be the obsession here.
agreed! this pic is 100% FAKE! it is not official. it's an amateur photoshop at best. if you look at it you can CLEARLY tell it's fake. the head doesn't match up with the chair...if she were lounging in that position her head would NOT look like it does in that pic, the point of contact on the chair wouldn't look like that, the shadows wouldn't look like that...the proportions wouldn't be so GROSSLY off. fake fake fake!
This goes far past retouching. It's like she didn't show up at all. Somebody just painted what they imagined she would look like. And so stiff like a mannequin tilted to one side. She's not even sitting in the chair naturally.
"I think the whole point of this scene is a doll-like look. That's why it is also airbrushed that way. Just look at her legs, head position, arms, eyes...., don't they remind you of those porcelain dolls that sit in a rocking chair? And I dig that nod to Confessions shoot with the colourful lightning. I can't say it's better than her first LV shoot, but for me, it is more appealing and more modern.2
Guys, this is a FASHION photography, not album cover shoot! It is supposed to represent clothes and other accessories, not M stealing all of the attention. I believe it's brilliant, very artistic.
BTW I'm glad we can have these discussions here - most of the other sites don't really get comments too often...I guess I could imagine the "doll" look being intentional if I saw others like this one. Something to put it in context.
omfg! WOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWW. ( i wished madonnas face wasnt soo re touched tho :[ )
Stunning!
Eh, that so screams Fake (her head on the armchair, the legs missing, the baaaag)! I think it's a creation of Rob or Luke ;)
But it gives us an idea of how the ads might look like... and i still hate those bunny ears :p
BTW, Do you know what's invisible and smells of carrots?
Bunny farts! =))
Nope, they haven't done that. ;) The legs are there ahaha, just look closer. She spread them :D
What? This is NOT Madonna! Come on, it looks like doll. I think it´s a shame, we want to see MADONNA! /Jocke from Stockholm

Her head looks funny. Seems like bad ps to me.
I am telling you this is fake... it is NOT the picture that will be used for the LV campaign...

I love her bunny hat!!!!

I'll just re-post what I also said in our forum:

"It's like she didn't show up at all. Somebody just painted what they imagined she would look like." --BRILLIANT, and I agree.

Love it. (I believe she looks like a doll on purpose.)
Looks shit.
The photo is nice enough, but the editing is horrid.
Agree, totally fake.
i think the point is to look like a doll or a maniquin. i think its great. yet AGAIN, something different from Madonna.
