Madonna's hat trick

A turban was not top of the wishlist for our next shopping spree, but thanks to Miuccia Prada's revival of the Raj for her spring/summer 2007 collection, it was only a matter of time before the trend hit the high street.

Madonna's new "M by Madonna" collection for H&M, which will be stocked in stores from March 22, includes the first replica turban, in chic black satin.

"Madonna has an impressive feel for fashion and trends," said H&M's head of design Margareta van der Bosch. "She was involved in even the smallest detail of every design. The result is 'M by Madonna', which is all about fashion that people can really love and wear season after season."

The collection is impressive, including a range of predominantly monochrome and nude sharp tailored blazers, trench coats, simple shirt dresses and clutch bags.
