TV queen Oprah Winfrey talked about Madonna on U.S. Television on Tuesday night in a brand new interview.

On tv show Extra, Oprah said "For Madonna and her family.... To decide that they were going to take this little black child, it was just craziness to me that people were complaining about it .... Madonna is saving a child".
