I wear what I want and I do what I want... ask pepsi lmao. Yeah because when she had the pepsi commercial that used the like a prayer song they cancelled the deal because of the video she did for it but she kept all the money anyway or so ive read.

Not exactly like that. Madonna gave Like a Prayer for a commercial ad to Pepsi. The ad was a bit Michael Jackson style. But Madonna knew she created a true gem and wanted to give it a great video to match. The video was not exactly provocative on relegious issues, but on political issues like racism and extreme conservative in America. Pepsi was naive, they did not forsee that such thing could happen, and due Church complaints and fearing boycot that had to remove the ad. Madonna did not need 5 milions dollars, but kept her dignity and artist integrity. So this episode made Madonna a true artist not an opportunist. All thumbs up!

I fucking love this! Reminds me of why I fell in love with Madonna! Actually Madonna teased/warned the Pepsi people by saying "Can you see the burning crosses reflected in the Pepsi can?" Ha!
