Britney Spears performed her first song in over a year yesterday as she got on stage with superstar Madonna.
The popstar looked chic in a white shirt and black trousers as she headed on to the stage with a huge smile on her face.

One concert-goer told OK! USA: "This was a completely different Britney from a year ago. She was glowing! It looked like she actually wanted to be on the stage."

The 26-year-old looked happier than ever as she got back into her popstar routine and helped Madonna sing her 1994 hit "Human Nature".

Britney's performance was met by an eruption of applaud from the celebrity filled audience, which included Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, Drew Barrymore, Kate Moss, Ryan Seacrest, Fergie, Lucy Liu and Elizabeth Banks.

Madonna told the crowd, "She is not your bitch," which elicited a laugh from Britney, who added her now-signature, "It's Britney, bitch."
