DrownedMadonna reports that Madonna's hair was styled by Garren for the Louis Vuitton shoot.
The last time Steven Meisel, Madonna and Garren had worked together was for the May 2008 Vanity Fair. Prior to that was the SEX book. Madonna thanks Garren in the back of it.
