Following the many Hot Ticket complaints from Madonna fans about the disgraceful situation happened in Nice this August, Live Nation is now offering a partial refund to customers.

In an email sent yesterday to the people complaining, LN admitted that there were "unforeseen circumstances" at the Stade Charles Ehrmann and they would like to offer a refund of 85 Euros (you will need to supply them with the credit card details you used to make your booking).

If you were one of the unlucky Nice Hot Ticket purchasers and wish to accept the refund you have to contact them at livenationexperience@livenation.co.uk (please put NICE 26.08.08 in the subject line. All requests must be made by 09:00 GMT on Monday 29th September 2008, when this offer will expire).
