According to The Detroit News, confirmation has been received today from tour promoter Live Nation that Ford Field will be getting a lot stickier and a lot sweeter Nov. 18 when Madonna brings her world tour to the Detroit Lions' home.

Ticket prices and an on-sale date will be announced next week.
