The Daily Mail has an article about the photoshop applied to Madonna's shoot by Steven Meisel for Vanity Fair.

It's obvious that photoshop has been used, as for every magazine shoot... so where's the news?

A Vanity Fair spokesman told the Daily Mail that retouching had been minimal - "just a little work on skin tones and blemishes".
