If you have an account with iTunes, you can now buy and download the "4 Minutes" video right now! The U.S. , U.K., Canada, France iTunes stores are now allowing people to download their "4 Minutes" video purchases. Other stores around the world have yet to enable the download yet, but surely will soon!
