This rumour has been going around for a few days and I didn't want to post it, since the person, who's involved in the video said that the video is being directed by Jonas & Francois and not by Jonas Akerlund (as reported at the biginning of the month), which later turned out to be true.

So, here is the report (everything from this post comes from Popjustice forum):

My friend went to a casting today in London for a music video, she had to look like a 'fresh and edgy 14 year old' and when she got there she found out it was for this song...she just txt me to say she's been confirmed. So that's all a bit exciting for her!
When I see her properly on Monday i'll see if she knows anything interesting about it! She did say she had to sign a confidentiality thingy...

*update* apparently all she knows is that there's something to do with a supermarket?

My friend was supposed to film tomorrow (Thurstday) and Friday, but got a call last night requesting them to go in today. They said Madonna and Justin were both there, and not much else happened apart from them 'dancing around' the extras in a supermarket whilst extras were casually shopping. The last I heard (about an hour a go) they were still there.

This is all through text so I don't really know a huge amount. She also mentioned that there were Madonna and Justin 'look-a-likes' present. But I don't know how they were used.

The person I know who was at the supermarket scene said that it all looked pretty amazing.

Apparently Madonna is wearing 'amazing' black knee-high boots, black trousers and top (with a corset underneath) and Justin is just the usual smart/casual with waist coat. She said that they did a cool dance routine on the conveyor belt 'checkout' things, and that Madonna looked really good (no wrinkles!) but there were a few times where she was complaining and being a bit rude (unintentionally though!)

Other scenes which they got to preview involve Japanese dancers on old fashioned cars, an office scene, living room scene and something about a girl getting into a bath (!?) lol.

I probably shouldn't be saying any of this... but I'm sure it's all fine.
