Here's what the head of the Berlin Film Festival, Dieter Kosslick, said about Madonna in an interview today with German TV:
"Of course I don’t know Madonna personally. But I have never recieved a card before reading: 'Dear, Dieter. If you like my film, I would love to present it in Berlin. Love, Madonna.' So of course I was more than happy when I received it".
