Top 5 style icons we're thankful for

In this time of thanksgiving, we want to give tribute to those whose stylish foresight changed our lives for the better…or at least our look.

5. Jennifer Aniston
4. Victoria Beckham
3. Vidal Sassoon
2. Marilyn Monroe
1. Madonna

The Number 1 style icon on our list is none other than Madonna. Madonna has inspired generations for nearly three decades, not just as a performer, but as a trend-setter. From black leotards underneath skirts (which is back this season), to buffed up arms and calves, she has set the tone for style over and over again.

“Madonna rules the world doesn’t she? Is there a human on this earth who doesn’t know who Madonna is?” She’s not simply a great musician, a song writer or an actress but immediately this image is evoked of health, beauty, and style,” says Lindo. “Whatever look she tries to portray she goes for it 100 per cent. She doesn’t do anything half way. She jumps in both feet first.”

We are all thankful for those who have had the strength and vision to lead their own stylish ways. Without their vision, there would be no inspiration for the next style icons to come.
