Madonna breaks in to laughter as she is photographed arriving in New York City. Accompanied by a bodyguard, who was holding her adopted son David, and two assistants the singing sensation was clearly in a good mood when she arrived in New York City. As soon as she started laughing everyone else in the group got a case of the giggles as they made their way to an awaiting car.
