Liz Rosenberg statement

After the latest news from Malawi, some international media are claiming that Madonna has "kidnapped" the one-year-old Malawi boy.
We think it's important to publish what Liz Rosenberg said today and earlier... which proves that all these controverses are unnecessary and completely false. Madonna has NOT "kidnapped" the Malawi boy.
Liz Rosenberg, Madonna’s publicist, said in a statement today that the child was issued a passport and a visa Monday. She said the family expected to be reunited in coming days.
"Madonna’s going to do her best to not make it a public circus," Rosenberg said. "It’s not my sense that she would want to expose the whole thing to public scrutiny."
Rosenberg said the couple would have temporary custody of David for 18 months, and would be evaluated by the courts of Malawi according to its customs.
Some days ago, Liz Rosenberg confirmed the adoption rumours to Entertainment Tonight. "Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie have been granted custody of their son, David," said Rosenberg. "Final legal arrangements are being made to bring him home to his new family."
Finally, an immigration official has confirmed that the passport of the 13-month-old has been approved, according to BBC.com.
